Patch terbaru (14 Oktober 2011) ini adalah Pesedit.com PES 2012 Patch 1.3, dimana pada patch ini sudah ada pembaruan di Transfer Pemain, Koleksi Sepatu (Boots), Tim baru, Scoreboards, lain sebagainya. - New scoreboard selector (8 scoreboards available)
